Signed by Sweat™ Rewards Program — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Signed by Sweat™ Rewards Program (“Program”), offered by Signed by Sweat LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our [Privacy Policy], and any additional rules posted as part of the Program.

1. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 or older residing in locations where the Program is legally permitted. Employees of Signed by Sweat LLC or its affiliates are not eligible for rewards unless expressly approved.

2. Program Overview

The Program recognizes individual fitness achievements and qualifying purchases through exclusive rewards such as merchandise, discounts, or promotional items. Rewards must be earned through personal effort and verified participation.

3. Submission Guidelines

To be eligible for a reward, you must:

  • Submit the official Rewards Claim Form through our designated portal.

  • Include verifiable proof of fitness achievement or qualifying purchase.

  • Submit a photo showing your face as proof that the effort or achievement is your own.

  • You may not submit claims on behalf of others under any circumstances. Each claim must be submitted by the actual individual earning the reward.

  • Rewards are limited to five (5) successful claims per participant per calendar year.

4. Verification & Fraud Prevention

All claims are subject to review. The Company reserves the right to request additional proof or documentation. If any submission is found to be fraudulent, misrepresented, or made on behalf of another person, the participant will be disqualified from the Program. Submitting false information may also result in a permanent ban and legal action.

5. Reward Fulfillment

Reward items are subject to availability and may be substituted without notice. Processing time may vary but typically ranges from 14 to 21 business days following approval. Rewards carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

6. User Content & Publicity Release

By participating in the Program, you grant Signed by Sweat LLC a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any submitted images, videos, testimonials, or written statements for marketing or promotional purposes, including your likeness and story, with appropriate attribution when applicable.

7. Program Modification & Termination

Signed by Sweat LLC may update, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time. Continued participation following updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Signed by Sweat LLC shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Program. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in the courts of Broward County  unless superseded by applicable federal law.
